As an international industrial company, we have been training apprentices in our modern training workshop for over 40 years. Equipped with modern machines, our apprentices receive top training with excellent career prospects.

Online Application
Reviewing the documents
We review and process the applications together with the department. It is particularly important to us to provide candidates with rapid feedback. In some cases, this can take some time and we might ask for your patience.
Personal Interview
We invite applicants whose qualifications best match our requirements profile to a personal interview. We usually conduct two interviews with our candidates and the relevant department. The main purpose of these interviews is to get to know you and to have a respectful and open conversation.
Contract Offer
If the interviews go well for both sides, we'll prepare a draft employment contract. We will base the contract on the collective agreement for the metalworking industry.

We support our new employees with a comprehensive and structured onboarding process. This includes measures that provide our new colleagues with optimal support from the start and help integrate into our company successfully.
Hawle Academy
Welcome on Board
Both your manager and your colleagues will accompany you during your first weeks and months at Hawle - you will get to know Hawle and its processes, products and systems better through various onboarding appointments. Together with other new colleagues, you will visit the production area and test the use of certain products yourself.
